Hi All Done

Well I have finally finished my first lot of swaps and it was much more of a time consumer than I imagined.  I now have 24 swaps which I am very happy with but which will go very quickly.   It seems that I will have to start again and make some really quick and simple swaps to give to the bulk of people and save the really nice ones for people I want to impress - yes I am that shallow LOL   I will have loads of people asking me now which one they got but I am not telling.   I will post both on line and you can judge for yourself xxx

Busy at half term so sorry for lack of posts.  Nothing big planned just hanging out with my Dad and the boys and their Dad tomorrow.  Usual stuff still needs doing (they insist on being fed etc this lot, not on).

Went to see Dispicable Me today, was not that optimistic but found it quite funny in places and the 3D was good to show Grandad who last went to the cinema to see Titanic!

Lots of love and will try to post a project soon.

My colour coach protector

As my colour coach cards are getting a lot of use I decided to make a box to protect them. This is what I came up with. I also want to send big hugs and kisses to my Dad who reads this x x

Today Is Swap Day

At last I get to make some of the 70 swaps I am planning for convention. Once I have my final version I can order my supplies and really get down to it next week. Really looking forward to it. I have to plough my way through a mountain of washing first as the winter clothes came out yesterday.

School parent teacher meetings and flu jabs later. So busy busy.

Have a great day.

Another Lost Weekend

Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to do some decorating this weekend.   The upside is I now have a great bedroom with nice clean bright pale off white walls that will go with whatever bedding I choose (not to mention the horrible orange carpet which has been there since we moved in).   A real pain to do as we did all the gloss etc but it looks huge now and am chomping at the bit to get new bedding.  When I do I will post the results here.

Wanted to say hi to everyone who came to my party on Thursday, it was great to meet you all especially Sarah, Jo, Eliza and Jane.   You did some brilliant make and takes and I am so glad you all love Dasher as much as I do now.

Still no time to play with the new stamps but have some even better ideas for my swaps.   Hope all my prize winners are enjoying your goodies and hope to see the results soon.

All the best, off to shop on line for some bedding. x x

New Stash

Got some new stash this week. Busy doing my swaps for convention so haven't played with them much but dud do this with the EPIC broadsheet alphabet. Love how easy it is to use as a clear mount.

Free Again

The Swindon Marathon is over for another year. We sneaked out via Hodson and had a fantastic carvery in Sally Pussy's. Then we had a good blast of fresh air at Barbury castle. Good weekend. Hope yours was too.

AND THE WINNERS ARE.

Ok, the orders for the virtual party are off and the three top orders were to:

Drumroll ..................................................

1st Place - Stamp Set .... KH
2nd Place - Free Gift...... NR
3rd Place - Catalogue ..... ST

If have e-mailed all the winners so if you haven't got an e-mail it's not you if you have those initials.  (Don't think I have people with the same initials but just in case.)

Thank you for all your orders and I think you will all agree that this is the fairest way of doling out the prizes.

I will be having another virtual party in the next month or so so get scribbling that wish list and let me know so I can put your order ready to add to it.   The bigger the orders the better the prizes.

I am off to try a new technique I just discovered.   Will show you the results when its ready.

AT LAST! TIME TO MAKE SOME ORDERS FROM THE NEW RANGE YAY!

I have waited for this day for ages and we can finally enjoy the fantastic new products in the 2010-2011 catalogue.   I will be having a virtual party next week so if you would like to make an order and you live near me in Swindon e-mail your order and there will be no postage and packing charges.  That's not the best bit though, I am sure the order will be enough to make hostess benefits so the lady who spends the most will get a FREE SET OF STAMPS !   The second will get a single stamp and the third will get a free catalogue.

So what are you waiting for, click on the image of the catalogue on the left and download yours now.

Have fun... Deadline is 8th October.
